第3期定期試験第1日目。
卒業を左右する試験が遂にやってきました。
The first period is Writing.
“The only way to be sure of catching a train is to miss the one before it”?
Can you say such a thing even if you’re at Kami-Shirataki station?
Only two trains stop there every day.
One is up and the other is down.
It’s haughty of you to assume there’re enough available train everywhere.
But if you’re in a city, don’t rush to get on a train.
Anyway, it’s necessary to make a comfortable plan in advance.
This applys to a regular examination.
第2時限目は物理。
半導体って範囲だったのか…
てっきり雑談かと…
ただ、バンド理論とかは出ませんでした。
電子がフェルミ＝ディラック統計に従う事に起因し、
同一軌道上には最大2個までしか存在出来ないので、
原子核の周りを回る電子は独特な軌道を有しています。
ケイ素では最外殻に位置する3px軌道及び3py軌道が
金属結合を繰り返す事により、結合性軌道の価電子帯と
反結合性軌道の伝導帯とに分かれて、
この2つのバンドの間にバンドギャップが生まれ（ｒｙ
とか良く分からない理論が山ほどあるのですが。
パソコンや携帯電話はこうした理論の結晶です。
使う際は物理に対する感謝を忘れないようにしましょう。
試験は質より量で勝負する感じになっていました。
