第1回定期試験第2日目。

The first subject is Writing.
Question
Prove the following proposition in English:
When the square root of a natural number is not an integer, then it is irrational.

Answer
Proof
Let us suppose that it is true that the square root of a natural number is equal to n/m where n and m are relatively prime natural numbers.
Then,
√a=n/m
Square the both sides,
a=n²/m²
Because n and m are relatively prime natural numbers, n must be divisible by a.
So let n be equal to an’, then,
a=a²n’²/m²
1=an’²/m²
m²=an’²
It is contradictory to the supposition that n and m are relatively prime.
Therefore the proposition is proved by reductio ad absurdum.
Q.E.D.

平均点30点以下という鬼の試験で有名なＨ先生。
ハイサーグラフのオンパレードでした。
ハイサーグラフ恐怖症になりそうです。
ただ、平均点が30点を下回る程では無かった気が…
一応、完答する事は出来ました。
合っているかどうかは別として。
去年の世界史よりは上であって欲しい…
